Senior Portfolio Manager
Paul brings over 14 years of mortgage investment experience to his responsibilities as managing principal of LHCM. Prior to joining LendingHome, Paul was at Fortress Investment Group, where he invested across a spectrum of mortgage-credit products. He has extensive transactional and capital formations experience of permanent capital vehicles including the launch of New Residential Investment Corp (NYSE: NRZ), a $4.8 billion mortgage REIT. Prior to Fortress, Paul was a Vice President at Nomura Securities, where he was responsible for structuring and trading commercial mortgage backed securities. Paul began his career at Ernst & Young in its Structured Finance Advisory Group.
Investment Committee Member
Arvind is a member of the investment committee with over 11 years of residential credit and securitized products experience. Prior to LendingHome, Arvind was a Director in the Fixed Income division of Barclays, where he was responsible for overseeing the Residential Credit and Whole Loan Trading businesses. He has broad capital markets execution experience, and success managing risk positions through varying market environments. In addition to Arvind’s role at LHCM, he is also Director of Capital Markets for LendingHome, where his responsibility includes overseeing the firm’s institutional investor relationships.
Investment Committee Member
Feng is a member of the investment committee with 10 years of mortgage investing experience. Prior to LendingHome, Feng was VP of Mortgage Trading and Investments at Cerberus Capital, where he engaged in mortgage-backed securities trading, portfolio hedging, and risk reporting, and aided in the firm's initial strategic roll-out of its captive originator, First Key Lending. Prior to Cerberus, Feng worked at BlackRock, where he aided in valuation, analytics, and disposition strategy recommendations of distressed mortgage portfolios for the firm's advisory clients. Feng is one of LendingHome’s earliest employees and Vice President of Risk responsible for execution and portfolio management.
Investor Development Executive
Tray serves as a key liaison between LHCM and the clients the Manager serves. Prior to LHCM, Tray spent three years in institutional and private client relationship management at Pantheon Ventures and Fisher Asset Management, gaining broad exposure across asset classes and investor spectrum. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.
Rohit provides legal and regulatory expertise for LHCM. Rohit is currently Corporate Counsel at LendingHome. Prior to joining LendingHome, Rohit was a corporate associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP where he primarily focused on capital market transactions and general M&A matters. After graduating from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Rohit began his legal career in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP.
